1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- Items marked as final sale, lingerie, or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If your return is denied due to ineligibility, we will notify you via email.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
